Brian Alagna worked tirelessly with us on the cabinet design as we... read more changed the kitchen layout. Brian was amazing. Not a single detail was overlooked, and we think this is especially important given that our kitchen layout was totally changed (we widened a wall, removed a corner pantry, and added a pantry addition). Brian worked with us to make sure the new layout fit the newly proposed kitchen dimensions, and everything fit and worked beautifully. When the cabinets arrived, Kevin, the installer, also worked tirelessly to make sure the cabinets were installed and aligned to perfection. A number of cabinets were dented and this was clearly a manufacturer issue — the paint was over the dents. Diamond has now ordered new cabinets for us for the few that were dented. We couldn’t be more pleased with Diamond’s attention to detail, especially given todays market. Thank you, Brian and Kevin, and Diamond.

Additional pricing and project coordination was supplemented by Tony Owens. The professionalism continued when Greg Phillips installed four rooms of cabinets and all of them were exceptionally well done. Culturally Diamond has it nailed, as everyone we dealt with was knowlegable, courteous and prompt. We will be remodeling our kitchen next year and the cabinets will without question be provided by the Diamond team!
