Manny at Diamond was such a breath of fresh air in helping me do counter tops. There were no problems. Everyone was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to the nightmare of Lowes. I started my kitchen design on 07/06/2024 and still need cabinet installation completed.

I saw some work this company did at our neighbors 9 yrs ago and the quality and workmanship stuck with me. The office is small and very welcoming. They have a warm inviting showroom that does not overwhelm like a big box however the choices are vast and very well displayed. Brian Alagna introduced himself and as i filled out our “dream” sheet the area code from my phone number placed us both as previous residents of the same small town in Illinois. This is important not only because what are the odds? But also because there is probably 40-50 yrs difference agewise between Brian and I, he could have ignored it but he still put our conversation about our hometown and shared memories as a priority. At no time did I feel the sale was more important than me. And that is the biggest take away. They have a variety of quality products to offer. He made suggestions without pressure. Advised me of current sales, levels of pricing w/o implying anything negative about my crazy concerns or trying to over sell or match me with ideas that were not my original intent. (We all know that can happen) I wasn't rushed. Remodeling is a big deal coupled with many decisions. Brian and the DKB business are the support you want for the project without the stress. Answering every question including what might work better,while not pressuring me. I gave him some measurements after a few minutes, I was presented with a initial design rendering of cabinets. Manny was very interested in delivering a good product he also saved me money. I was there for less than an hour, happy to have worked with Manny and Diamond.
