Referral program details
When is the referral reward paid?
Rewards are issued after the referred homeowner signs their qualifying agreement and their deposit clears. Cancelled or refunded projects do not qualify.
Who qualifies as a new referral?
A qualifying referral must be new to Diamond Kitchen & Bath and submitted before their first appointment. Existing leads and customers already working with DKB are not eligible.
Can more than one person claim the same referral?
No. The first eligible referral received by DKB receives credit. Only one referrer may earn a reward for each purchased project.
Can contractors combine referral rewards with trade pricing?
Not on the same project. A contractor may participate as either a referral partner or the purchasing trade account for that project.
What happens after I submit a referral?
Our team confirms the referral, contacts the homeowner with their permission and connects them with the most convenient DKB showroom and designer.
